The SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals) Goal 3 “Health and Welfare for All” includes Target 6 “Reducing fatalities and injuries from road accidents by half”.
There are many ways to reduce traffic accidents, but here we will consider a method that utilizes the Uchida-Kraepelin performance test.

To determine whether the Uchida-Kraepelin performance test can be used, it is necessary to investigate whether the Capability traits of human ability, Behavioral and personality traits correlate with traffic accidents. Comparing the Results of the group that caused the accident and the group that has never caused a traffic accident, it is known that the distribution of the characteristics of Capability traits and Behavioral and personality traits is clearly different.

We tentatively set the criteria for distinguishing between safety and danger, and using actual data, we divided the accident group and the accident-free group into two groups, A and B, respectively, and the results were as follows. ..

It is said that the probability that Japanese people will have a car accident in recent years is about 1% per year, so let's apply the above table to a group of 10,000 people in total.

So Group B is more than five times more dangerous than Group A, so if Group B decides not to drive, the accident rate will drop from 1% to 0.5%.
In other words, it is possible to "reduce traffic accidents by half."
However, not letting Group B drive (not giving a license) is not realistic because even 2,376 accident-free people will not be able to drive.
